Begin your website now before it is too late. Good sites are hard to come up with. Do you have what it takes?
I am creating this site to help those who are not very familiar with web design but would like to find out more about it and give it a try. This site is more of an introductory course to web design and some of the best tools available that make it easier for beginners.
First things first you need a good idea for a site. It can be a personal site a business site or anything you want it to be.
Once you have an idea for a site you need someone to host it for you. You can find plenty of hosting companies on our hosting page. Most hosting company's now offer free name registration. During the setup process with them they will ask you what website name you would like and you may have to try several before getting one that is not already taken.
After you have a hosting account setup you can begin working on your site. There are several ways of building a site. You can use a site builder or templates or you can even just type it all in "Notepad".
You then need to upload your site to your hosting company for it to be displayed to the world. Your hosting company should have an FTP site you can use to upload all of the files your site requires. Besure to test your site once it is uploaded to make sure others are able to view it.
You should think about what your site is for. You need a name that represents your site. A good site offers someone a reason to come back. If you want your site to be a success you should offer your visitors something they need like information on a subjuct you are familiar with. Content can be one of the hardest things for a website. These are things to consider when developing a website.
